I like your point about the lack of vision and global (worldwide) perspective regarding startups approach by most of the business schools (there are some exceptions I think). For instance, a key topic at MBA, strategy, use to be approached under the corporate angle, the way to keep competitive advantage among giant enterprises at big markets and big budgets, but almost nothing about growing strategies to become big from the scratch, which is what an emerging company needs.
