Hi everyone, some of you already know this, but for everyone else, I’m officially stepping down from Tetuan Valley and Okuri Ventures. While I’ll still be involved as a mentor at Tetuan Valley, I won’t be directing the day to day operations anymore.

Goodbyes are never easy, but after some amazing 3 years behind the project, it’s time to move on to other ventures. I’m confident that the new CEO of Tetuan Valley will do an amazing job with it so I’m happy that such an incredible project will be kept healthy.

Some might be curious about me leaving the project. While I literally adore Tetuan Valley, it’s time for me to move on to other ventures. It’s been some amazing 3 years, but the project is now entering into a different stage and a different vision. There are other people more capable that I am to run the program at this point so some months ago I decided it was time to leave.

I wish everyone the best, thank you for the amazing times you’ve shared with me, thank you for all the things you guys have taught me and thank you for demonstrating everyone that didn’t believe in the project, that we can build a healthy startup ecosystem if you have the right mindset!
