Our good friend María Encinar, who runs Inicidador Galicia and Startup Weekend Galicia has been nagging us for quite some time. She’s always wanted us to stop by Galicia to do something about startups and after a lot of tries, she’s finally managed to do it hehe We’re are very glad to be invited to run one of our experiments in conjunction with her in A Coruña.
As a disclosure I must say I love Galicia (part of my family is from there) so it was just a matter of time hehe
So, what are we going to do there? Like good Lean Startup followers we’re going to run an experiment. We’ve been thinking hard of ways to bring the Startup School experience or some of it to a single day event, so we’ve come up with the following idea:
We’re inviting 3 teams (startups, entrepreneurs, etc.) that attend the event to prepare a 5 minute presentation. They will be doing this presentation in front of everyone. Then we’ll unleash our (in)famous feedback backslash where all the audience will be involved. After that, we’ll give the teams 15min to fix their presentations and try again. The have 2 chances to fix it and one final presentation by the end.
The idea is to get everyone involved in generating constructive feedback, so stay sharp, come and drop by and participate in this experiment! Lets unleash the startup power people!
