Before you start, grab a pen and paper!

These series of guest posts are written by the teams attending the Tetuan Valley Startup School 2010 Fall edition. This post is from the Brucut team, formed by Miquel Camps Orteza.

Today I’m going to talk about a situation that happens to me many times and probably to many of you…

There are days that I think… today I will be productive, I do a thousand things and without a clear target I turn on the computer.

3 hours later I stop and think, shit! I haven’t done anything! I´ve wasted my time updating my twitter status, looking at photos of my friends on facebook and seeing a video of cats on youtube.

Internet is full of distractions that keep us from our goals, this is why I recommend you all to grab paper, a pen and write at least 5 tasks with the most important things done.

It´s important to write it down on paper, because if we make a list of tasks in your computer with notepad we will probably not leave our minds in blank and be more concentrated.

Once you’ve made the list, try to complete them all in one day!

I hope this piece of advice will help you! :)
